Hello friends, family, and colleagues:

Please excuse the mass e-mailing, but I wanted to make a few announcements.
 Next fall I will be working at MSRI in Berkeley and Julie will be working
at the VA in Palo Alto.   We have found an apartment in the Bay Area; our
