Both pieces were shipped on Feb 28. FedEx 480916493353 (doesn't exist) I called FedEX. They say: "the database does not show a record for this..." FedEx 473060933009 (received) Kim at extension 1269 FedEx: 800-463-3339 ------- I called that extension and got a message machine that said "Customer help" or something like that. Kim said that she would figure out what happened to my order and tell me via email by noon. At 5pm, her time, she had *NOT* done this yet. I am very very tempted to buy a computer mail order from CDW.com, and simply keep the IBM for myself if it ever comes. It's an 800 Mhz PIII with DVD, CD-writer, etc. That could be very useful! However, it's $700. Maybe I could sell it to somebody? Hmm.. If I order a computer from CDW, I'll have to (1) do this soon, and (2) add my mother's shipping address to my credit card. Also, I will simply end spending much much more money than I want to. I wish I knew somebody who wants a desktop machine, then I could sell it if it ever comes and happily order a machine from CDW. If Intellesale really didn't ship the item, they are likely to simply cancel it and refund my money. Then there is no loss. They messed up, so they are responsible for fixing their error. I will also contest the charges with my credit card company.
