Factoring Primes

Let $ p$ be a prime and $ \O_K$ the ring of integers of a number field. This chapter is about how to write $ p\O_K$ as a product of prime ideals of $ \O_K$. Paradoxically, computing the explicit prime ideal factorization of $ p\O_K$ is easier than computing $ \O_K$.
